Excuse us for not updating this past Friday. The blog is going to be undergoing a few changes, one of the main changes being that posts will be done every Monday now! We figured why not promote artists and their music in the beginning week rather than the end?! This way you can jam out to catchy tunes throughout your school or work day.
One particular band that has been getting a lot of attention since their song "Slow Show" was featured on Gossip Girl, is The National.They are an indie rock band that formed in 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio, but are currently based in Brooklyn, New York. Their songs and lyrics are completely different from what we hear on the radio. They manage to put a dark feel to their songs, but yet you can't help but fall in love with their lyrics and melodies.
